I'm waiting and many people I know are ansiously for an e-book reader with note-taking capabilities (pen writing not keyboard writing) to appear in the market. Preferably that allows marking and note taking in PDF format. I could leave home the tons of books and note-books I carry everyday.
Is Kindle considering this possibility?

Are there any restrictions as far as intellectual property is concerned when writing for Kindle? I'd like to write a sequel to a movie. Plus, I have a Star Trek story idea klunking around in my head.

Also, do you need an agent to write for Kindle?
Thanks!

Thanks for the helpful article. What if I'd also like to interest an agent in my book or sell it to a publisher? How does publishing on the Kindle impact that (i.e. for publishing rights and other things like that?) Thanks

Sondra, I can't answer all your questions about writing for the kindle but if you click the link at the end of this message you can download a free ebook which has some good information on how to write your own books. Basically any good wordprocessor will allow images to be inserted and then it's a case of creating a kindle book from your document.

<a href="http://kindlereaderreview.com/downloads/2289Amazon-Facebook-DOUBLE-Whammy.zip" rel="nofollow">Click Here</a>

I am an an Amazone Associates Affiliate already. I am also a free lance writer on the Internet for years.

I just was told about writing for Kindle and am quite excited.

How do I go about it to start. If possible give me the steps to take.

Also, Can I write more than one subject in a Kindle Book with chapters - and does poetry books sell about live and living, divorce or marriage so people can relate?

Thanks for the information response
